Payment & Shipment:

• We accept Paypal payment, Internet transfer payment, Cheque from bank within UK, and postal order.
• Our standard Postage and Package charge is from £3.50 (depend on weighing), this is for packages and delivered within the UK mainland. We will contact you after you place an order and let you know the P & P cost.
• We post to EU countries.
• Emails are responded to within 36 hours maximum - you will always get an email when your item is dispatched
• Once payment is cleared and received, the item will be taken to the post office within 2 working days.
• All items are posted on standard 1st class with proof of postage.  We advise you to choose recorded delivery for an extra pound as we will not be liable for lost post.

Return Items

The customer must contact Aci Leading Edge Products Ltd to get a returns reference, within 7 days of despatch, if they are wanting to return goods. Good being returned must be received by Aci Leading Edge Products Ltd within 14 days of getting a reference number. Goods without a reference may not be credited.
